PRICING
On the MiellerielunedeMIel.com website, the price is shown next to the product you have ordered. All amounts are provided in Canadian dollars. Miellerie Lune de Miel reserves the right to modify the price of a product at any time, without prior notice.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery is within Canada only. Allow between 3 to 7 working days for your order to be processed. The time it takes to deliver the order to your address depends on Canada Post. Delivery costs are calculated by Canada Post, based on the weight of your order and your address.
Miellerie Lune de Miel will deliver the products to the address you have provided. If that address is inaccurate or contains errors, the customer is solely responsible for any additional transport costs that might be incurred.
PAYMENT
Visa or Mastercard. Miellerie Lune de Miel must receive full payment in advance, before orders can be processed.
RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENT
Exchanges and/or refunds will only be made if the product is damaged. Please contact us at info@miellerielunedemiemiel.com within 48 hours of receiving the order in question. Within the body of the email, list your order number, a description of the problem and a photograph.
GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
